    After working in the inspection industry as an administrator for 10 years, firstly involved with Safe Ship Management then in the Industrial Equipment Inspection sector, when the opportunity arose to be involved with a new inspection company, Debbie accepted the challenge. Her years involved in the industry helped greatly in achieving the setup of MEC. As the main administrator of the company this involves doing all the admin work including the management of the Quality Manual and Auditing, keeping track of all the work and keeping the guys on track with their work!

    When not involved in MEC Debbie spends her time with family as wife to husband Steve, mum to Brett and Ryan and nana to two beautiful granddaughters Rylee and Quinn.

    Kevin is a degree qualified engineer who approaches his inspection work with honesty and integrity and a healthy dose of pragmatism. Business ownership experience on top of his engineering background give Kevin a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and value of an engineering safety program in the workplace. Outside of work Kevin is actively involved in the running of his local football club while trying to impart his football wisdom on his son and anyone else that will listen.

    From a young age, Jayden had it ingrained into him about working hard and work ethics. He has always had the drive to do better, for himself, his family, and of course the customer.

    At age sixteen he started his apprenticeship in heavy fabrication engineering and completed it by age 21. From there he started in the role of welding inspection and equipment inspection which fast became a passion. Other passions include motorsports, in particular speedway, and spending time with family.

    Philip has been involved in engineering since the age of 16 starting an apprenticeship in agricultural/heavy engineering before moving into pressure equipment manufacture for a few years. He then spent 20 years at Rolls Royce Aerospace first as a welder/fitter and then the last 10 years there as an inspector. After moving to New Zealand he took on a role as a QA/QC site inspector and for the last 10 years has held CBIP inspector competence, so you can see most of his career has been based around quality.

    Away from work he is a dad and husband, and a keen sportsman including football (soccer), golf, swimming & walking.
